2 c Canned kidney beans
1/4 c Chili sauce
2 Hard boiled eggs, sliced
5 Scallions, sliced
2 md Tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 Cooked potatoes, diced
2 tb Chopped green pepper
1/2 c Diced cucumbers
3 Radishes,diced
1/2 c Wine vinegar
1/4 c Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. This salad will keep indefinitely in
