330 ml WATER
1 c MULTI GRAIN MIX
1 c MALT AND MAIZE MIX
3/4 c WHOLEMEAL MIX
1 1/2 tb LOW FAT MILK POWDER
1/2 ts SALT
1 3/4 ts YEAST

This recipe is for the Breville bread machine can't see why it will not
work on other machines. Settings, Small large basic bread, Colour normal
place ingredients in order recomended by Manufacturer. Comment, We think it
is first class and doubt that you will be able to stop at one slice.
