1/2 Stick butter
4 -(up to)
5 tb Cocoa
1/2 c Milk
2 tb White corn syrup
1 Box (1-lb) confectioner's
-sugar

Cook all ingredients, except sugar, for 3 minutes. Let cool slightly. Add
sugar and beat. Spread on warm brownies.
