Title: Idaho Tacos Categories: None Yield: 4 Servings 1 lb Ground beef 1 Env taco seasoning mix 4 Hot baked potatoes 1 c Shredded sharp cheddar -cheese 1 c Chopped green onions Salsa; optional In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Add taco seasoning; prepare according to package directions. With a sharp knife, cut an "X" in the top of each potato; fluff pulp with a fork. Top with taco meat, cheese and onions.
