Title: Impossible Apple Pie Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1/4 c Butter; melted 4 Eggs 3 1/2 c Sliced; peeled cooking -apples 1 c Milk 1/4 c Cream 1 pn Salt 1/4 ts Nutmeg 1/4 ts Cinnamon 1 ts Lemon juice 1 ts Vanilla 1 1/2 ts Almond extract 1 1/4 c Sifted flour 1/2 c Granulated sugar 2 tb Sliced almonds; toasted Powdered sugar Grease a 10-inch quiche pan or pie pan. Smooth the fruit into a neat. layer. Place butter, eggs, milk, cream salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, lemon juice, vanilla nd almond extract in a mixer or food processor. Blend until smooth. With a wooden spoon, beat in flour and granulated sugar. Pour over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until batter rises and puffs and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
