Title: Indian Muffins Categories: Penndutch, Muffins Yield: 1 Servings 1 Egg, beaten 1 c Milk 1 ts Shortening, melted 2 tb Cornmeal, heaping 1 1/2 c Flour 2 ts Baking powder Mix the egg, milk and shortening together.
