Title: Israeli Humus Spread Categories: Dips &, Spreads Yield: 1 Servings 1 cn Chick peas 1/2 c Tahini 1 Chopped onion 4 tb Lemon juice (fresh); (4 to -5) 1/2 tb Olive oil; (extra virgin) 4 Garlic cloves; crushed (4 to -5) Salt and pepper to taste Blend chick peas in blender until smooth.
