1/2 c Grated Parmesan & Romano
-cheeses; mixed
1/4 c Dry bread crumbs
1 ts Dried oregano leaves
1 ts Parsley flakes
1/4 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
6 Boneless; skinless chicken
-breast halves (about 2 lb.)
2 tb Butter; melted

HEAT oven to 400°F. Grease bottom of 15x10x1-inch baking pan. MIX cheese,
crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in butter; coat with cheese mixture.
Place in prepared pan.

BAKE 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.

Makes 6 servings.

Spicy Variation: Substitute 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper for black
pepper.
