Title: Italian Pasta Salad Categories: Pasta, Salads Yield: 1 Servings Cooked spaghetti Pepperoni; cut in half Mozzarella cheese; cubed Fresh mushrooms; quartered Broccoli; flowerets Carrots; julienned Sliced black olives; drained Berstiens Garlic Cheese -Italian dressing OR 2 packages Good Seasons -dressing Cook the spaghetti. Rinse and drain. Set aside to cool. Prepare all of the other ingredients. Combine with spaghetti and add dressing. Refrigerate for several hours before serving to let marinate. Note: This is the way I received the recipe, with no amounts. You just make how much you want, and put in how much you want. This salad is excellent. As for the salad dressing, sometimes this Bernsteins is hard to find here, so there are several Good Seasons packages to combine to get the same effect.
