Title: Italian Sausage and Pepper Sandwiches

1 Link of sweet Italian
-Sausage per person, at
-least
2 lg Green peppers sliced in
-rings per sausage
1 lg Onion per 2 sausages

Brown the sausages quickly in a heavy skillet , Add peppers and onions and
stir fry for a second add beer put lid on skillet, simmer until veggies are
tender crisp and sausages are done take lid off and cook until there is
very little liquid left add more beer as needed. Serve on sub rolls that
have been warmed.
