4 oz Italian Sausage
1/4 c Pesto sauce (or pizza sauce
-if you prefer)
1 Boboli pizza crust or
-foccacia crust
1 1/2 c Grated chees (Mozzarella,
-Parmesan, etc.)
1/2 c Drained canned great
-northern beans
1 c Diced seeded plum tomatoes

Brown sausage in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles. Spread sauce
evenly over pizza crust to within 1/2 inch of edges; sprinkle with 1/2 cup
cheese. Arrange sausage, beans, and tomatoes over cheese; sprinkle with
remaining 1 cup of cheese. Bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes.
