Bake 350 deg. for 15 minutes on Pam-sprayed greased pan. Flip and bake 15 more. Cook in sauce 1/2 hour if making for spaghetti or sandwiches. I DARE you to tell me this doesn't taste like the real thing! This is so much like real sausage, I can't believe it!
