Title: Italian Style Meatless Meatballs

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Tofu, well broken up
1 c Wholewheat breadcrumbs
1 sm Onion, finely chopped
1 tb Natural soy sauce (or to
-taste)
1 c Wholewheat flour
1 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Basil

Combine the ingredients well in a large bowl, kneading the mixture a little
to help it hold together. Shape the mixture into balls and shallow- or
deep-fry them. Use these with spaghetti or bake them in the oven with a
nice Italian-style tomato sauce (see recipe in this conference). Bake at
350ø for about half an hour.
