Title: Italian Veal Categories: Crockpot, Meat, Low-cal, Low-fat Yield: 6 Servings 2 lb Veal cubes 2 Onions; sliced 2 lg Tomatoes; cut up 2 Cloves garlic; minced 2 Green peppers; sliced 1/4 c White wine 4 ts Oregano Salt and pepper Combine all in crockpot.
