Title: Italian Vinaigrette Dressing

Yield: 12 Servings

1/4 c Olive oil
1/4 c Water
1/3 c White vinegar
1 tb Granulated sugar
2 tb Fat-free parmesan cheese
1/2 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Dry mustard
1/8 ts Black pepper
1 Clove garlic -- crushed

In a screw-top jar mix oil, water, vinegar, sugar, parmesan cheese,
oregano, paprika, mustard, black pepper, and garlic. Cover and shake well.
Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
