Title: Japanese Fruit Pie #1

Yield: 8 Servings

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 Stick margarine
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 c White or dark raisins
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1 tb Vinegar
1/4 c Coconut; optional

Cream butter, sugar & eggs; add other ingredients. Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 10 minutes at 400, turn oven down to 325 & bake for 40-45 minutes
more.
