Jerked Chicken


Title: Jerked Chicken

4 ts Allspice
6 Cloves garlic; crushed
2 tb Fresh ginger
2 tb Dark brown sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Jalapeno; chopped
1/4 ts Cayenne
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/2 ts Salt
1/3 c Olive oil
1/3 c Green onions; sliced
1/2 c Red wine vinegar
2 tb Lime juice

I have no idea where this recipe came from. Probably the net or the San
Jose Mercury News. Mix all ingredients. Marinade chicken (about 4 pieces)
for 2 hours. Grill or broil, basting frequently. jojo@leland.Stanford.EDU
