Title: Kasha Burgers Categories: None Yield: 4 Servings 1 c Buckwheat groats, (kasha) 2 sm Onions, chopped 1/2 lb Mushrooms, chopped 1 tb Parsley, chopped 3 Egg whites 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper Recipe By : Annice Grinberg Cook kashe and cook. Saute onions and mushrooms. Mix all together, Shape into burgers and brown in Pammed skillet or griddle.
