Title: Key West Grilled Chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

1 1/2 lb Boneless skinless chicken
-breast halves
3 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Honey
1 tb Olive or vegetable oil
1 ts Lime juice
1 ts Garlic powder

Place the chicken in a shallow dish; set aside. In a small bowl, combine
the remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over the chicken. Cover and
marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Preheat a
barbecue grill. Cook the chicken over medium heat for about 10 minutes per
side, or until tender and no pink remains. Discard excess marinade.
