Title: Kielbasi Bean Egg Drop Soup Categories: Soups/stews Yield: 8 Servings 1 pk (16 oz) dry lima beans 5 md Carrots - sliced 10 oz Frozen corn 1/2 Ring kielbasi - thin sliced 2 md Eggs 3 tb Butter 1/2 ts Adobo seasoning 1/2 ts Basil 1/2 ts Parsley 1/2 ts Onion flakes 1/2 ts Black pepper 2 tb Maple syrup 1 tb Minced garlic Pre-soak lima beans, then boil with carrots 15-20 mins. Add other ingredients. Be sure soup is HOT when adding eggs and stir immediately. Heat additional 30-45 minutes over med heat. Source: Patricia E.
