6 c Packed torn fresh spinach
-leaves
2 c Fresh bean sprouts
2 c Fresh mushrooms; sliced
1/4 c Green onions; thinly sliced

---------------------------HONEY FRENCH DRESSING---------------------------
1/2 c Orange blossom honey
1/4 c Water
1/4 c Cider vinegar
1/4 c Light catsup
1 ts 72% less sodium
-Worcestershire sauce

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; toss. Serve with Honey French
Dressing. Yield: 8 servings (about 88 calories per 2 cups salad and 2 1/2
tablespoons dressing).

HONEY FRENCH DRESSING: Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and
shake vigorously. Chill. Yield: 1 1/4 cups (about 28 calories per
tablespoon).
