Title: Knorr Spinach Dip

Yield: 8 Servings

10 oz Chopped spinach; frozen,
-thawed
1 pk Knorr Vegetable Soup &
-Recipe Mix
16 oz Sour cream
1 c Mayonnaise
8 oz Water chestnuts; chopped
3 Green onions; chopped

Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Stir together the soup mix, sour cream, and
mayonnaise until well blended. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts and green
onions. Cover; chill 2 hours. Stir before serving. Makes about 4 cups. MC
