Title: Kohl's Basic Spaghetti and Meatballs Categories: Improv, Kohl, Meats, Pasta Yield: 9 Servings ---------------------------MEATBALLS INGREDIENTS--------------------------- 2 lb Ground beef 3/4 c Parmesan cheese 1 c Bread crumbs 3 Eggs 2 md Cloves garlic, chopped 1 ts Parsley ------------------------SPAGHETTI SAUCE #1 INGREDIEN------------------------ 1 Garlic clove, minced 1/4 Onion, chopped 1 cn Tomato paste 1 cn Tomato soup 1/2 ts Salt Pepper 1 ts Sugar ------------------------SPAGHETTI SAUCE #2 - SPICEY------------------------ 2 cn Tomato paste, plus -2 cans water 1 cn Giant can tomato juice 2 c Tomato sauce & bits 1 lg Can tomato sauce 3 Or 4 cloves garlic, diced 1/4 c Olive oil 1 ts Salt 1/2 c Grated parmesan cheese 1/2 c Grated romano cheese 2 ts Allspice 2 ts Ground cloves 4 tb Sugar 1 ts Oregano 3 tb Worchestershire sauce MEATBALLS DIRECTIONS: Mix everything together and roll into small balls. If not soft, add hot water. Preheat a skillet with cooking oil and fry the meatballs until browned. SPAGHETTI SAUCE#1 DIRECTIONS: Fry onion and garlic in cooking oil until brown. Combine tomato paste and tomato soup and add to onion and garlic. You may need to siphon off excess oil. Add 2 paste cans of water. Boil 15 minutes. Add your meatballs, then cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Do NOT overcook. SPAGHETTI SAUCE #2 - SPICEY DIRECTIONS: Saute garlic in olive oil. All all the other ingredients. Cook 15 minutes. Add your favorite meatballs. Simmer 1 - 2 hours.
