Title: Latvian Herring Salad

Yield: 8 Servings

1 Herring in brine, soaked in
-milk and diced
2 Granny Smith apple, diced
2 Onions, chopped
3 Hard boiled eggs, diced
4 Pickled cucumbers, diced
1/4 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Fresh cream
1 ts Curry.

Drain herring and rinse in water. Mix everything to combine. Chill.

Serving Ideas : Excellent for a buffet dinner
