Title: Leftover Casserole Categories: Casserole Yield: 4 Servings Leftover rice Carrots (slightly -steamed...still crunchy) Green beans (also -steamed...not to the soggy -stage) Minced garlic (I use a lot) Seasoned salt or salt -replacement Pepper Green onion (optional) Cheese (I use cheddar or -colby) From: Valerie L Larson Date: Thu, 27 Jun 1996 18:04:29 -0400 mix all together in a casserole dish and bake in a medium oven till the veggies are to the desired tenderness and the cheese is melted. My family was not too thrilled about this until they tried it.......now they are always asking when we're going to have it again. I suppose canned veggies would work.......but it won't taste as good as if you use fresh ones.
