Title: Lemon and Sour Cream Dressing

1 c Sour cream
1 Lemon, juice of
2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1 pn White pepper

In the container of an electric blender, combine all the ingredients. Whirl
them at medium speed for 15 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and
homogenous.

NOTES : Humor me-please try this on fresh spinach salad. Oh, My!!
