Title: Lemon Chicken Parmesan

Yield: 1 Servings

1/2 c Dry Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c Grated parmesan cheese
2 Boneless skinless chicken
-breasts
Salt to taste (I omit this)
Lemon pepper to taste
1/4 c Butter or margarine
2 Cloves garlic, minced
3 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Dried thyme

Combine bread crumbs and cheese in bowl. Dip chicken in mixture to coat.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Melt butter in baking dish; stir in garlic,
lemon juice and thyme. Arrange chicken pieces in single layer in dish,
turning each piece to coat. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
