Title: Lemon Garlic Dressing

1 c Cider vinegar
1 c Water
2 tb Lemon juice
2 Garlic cloves
1/4 ts Ground pepper -- optional
1/2 ts Celery seed
1/2 Cucumber -- cut in chunks
1 sm Onion -- cut in chunks
1/2 ts Dill weed
1 tb Parsley

Put all ingredients into blender jar. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
Keeps well in refrigerator.
