Title: Lemon Garlic Pasta

Yield: 1 Servings

1/4 c Olive oil
2 tb Minced garlic
1/4 ts Red pepper flakes
1 lb Linguine or spaghetti;
-cooked and drained
2 ts Grated lemon zest
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 ts Coarse salt
Freshly ground pepper
1/2 c Chopped fresh Italian
-parsley

Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic and red
pepper flakes until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta in
bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat. Adjust seasonings
with salt and pepper. Serves 4
