Title: Lentil, Orzo and Potato Soup

8 c Water
2 tb Nonfat Veg Chicken Broth;
-Low Sod
1 c Lentils
1/2 c Orzo
1 Potato; Diced
1 Carrot; Chopped
2 Celery Ribs; Chopped
1 tb Balsamic Vinegar
1 ts Tarragon
Salt And Pepper; To Taste

Put all ingredients into pot. Cook on med heat until potatoes are tender
and lentils are soft, about 30 min.
