Title: Light Lemon Pudding with Raspberries Categories: New, Text, Import Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Skim milk 1 c Lowfat lemon yogurt 2 tb Honey 1 ts Vanilla 3 1/2 oz Package instant lemon -pudding & pie filling Fresh raspberries Mix milk and yogurt in bowl with electric mixer. Add pie filling, honey and vanilla. Beat on low until thickened. Chill, covered, 1 hour to thicken. Serve with fresh raspberries.
