Title: Light Sour Cream Dip Categories: Diabetic, Dips Yield: 1 Servings 1 c 1% low-fat cottage cheese; 2 tb Buttermilk; 1 1/2 ts Lemon juice; fresh squezzed -or more to taste In a blender, place cottage cheese, buttermilk and lemon juice.
