Title: Lime-Mint Dressing

6 tb Olive oil
2 tb Lime juice
1/2 ts Herbal salt substitute
1/8 ts White pepper
1/2 ts Minced parsley
1/2 ts Minced fresh mint leaves
1/2 ts Chopped chives
1/2 ts Dijon mustard

Combine all ingredients.

Makes about 1/2 cup.
