Title: Longhorn Brunch Casserole Categories: Brunch Yield: 6 Servings 1 lb Hot sausage 2 4 oz cans chopped green -chiles 1 lb Shredded longhorn cheese 1 lb Shredded monterey jack -cheese 9 lg Eggs; beaten 1 c Milk 2 tb All-purpose flour Paprika; for garnish Brown sausage in a skillet; drain well. In a 9x13-inch baking pan, layer sausage with cheeses and chiles. Combine eggs, milk and flour in a blender container or food processor and blend well.
