Title: Louisianna Shrimp Salad

1 lb Shrimp, cooked, chopped
2 Celery stalks, chopped
1 Egg, boiled, finely chopped
1 ts Pickle relish
2 tb Mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together thoroughly and add seasoning to taste. Serve on
lettuce or stuffed Avocado.
