Title: Low Calorie Cherry Cheese Dessert Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs 4 tb Butter melted 2 3-oz boxes cherry gelatin; -(sugar free) 1 c Boiling water 2 Container; (16-oz.) lowfat -cottage cheese 1 Container; (8-oz.) lite Cool -Whip Notes: By Elayne Koons, Palmerton. The Times News. PA Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into bottom of a 13² pan. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In blender or food processor blend gelatin mixture and cottage cheese until smooth. Pour over graham cracker mixture. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. When firm spread Cool Whip over top.
