Title: Low Fat Mexican Pasta Salad Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 lb Shell pasta; cooked 2 Tomatoes diced 1 cn Corn; drained 1 Pepper; diced 1 cn (8 oz) mild green chiles 1 cn (16 oz) black beans 1 sm Red onion; finely chopped ----------------------------------DRESSING---------------------------------- 1 1/2 c Salsa 1/2 Fat free sour cream 3 ts Chili pwder 1 ts Cumin Salt and pepper Tried this last night and was another hit!! SOOOO easy to throw together and VERY low-fat. My only suggestion is to use Mild Salsa in the dressing....we used medium and our mouths were on fire!!!! Posted to brand-name-recipes by "Carole J.
