Low Fat Sandwich

Title: Low Fat Sandwich
Categories: None
Yield: 1 Servings

2 sl Light whole wheat bread
2 oz Turkey luncheon meat; (fat
-free)
1 sl Fat free swiss cheese
Zuchini or summer squash
-sliced; (cooked) or any
-veggie of choice,
-portabello mushroom would
-be good
Sliced tomato

This is such a simple sandwich to make and so good. At least I think so.

We grill vegetables a lot and so I had some left over, but one could just
saute some vegetables. I don't think it would be as good, but would still
work.

Spread on the bread some fat free mayo and mustard of your choice. (I used
dijon and a german type combo)

Put all the ingredients on the bread and then put the other slice of bread.
Spray a skillet with pam and place sandwich. Cook on Moderate heat, so that
the tomato and other veggies will be warm and cheese melted. When toasted
on both sides. Serve and eat. Yum!!!

The only fat in this is the bread, which has 1-2 grams, depending on the
brand that you buy.
