Title: Low-Calorie Chicken Okra Gumbo Categories: Soup Yield: 6 Servings 1 Chicken; cut up Salt & pepper to taste 1 md Onion; chopped 2 Cloves garlic; chopped 1 pk Frozen okra Tomato; optional 14 c Water Remove skin from chicken; season with salt and pepper.
