Title: Low-Calorie Chicken Okra Gumbo

Yield: 6 Servings

1 Chicken; cut up
Salt & pepper to taste
1 md Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; chopped
1 pk Frozen okra
Tomato; optional
14 c Water

Remove skin from chicken; season with salt and pepper. Place garlic and
onion in a pot with raw chicken. Add water; heat to a boil. Add tomato and
okra. Cook until chicken is tender. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
