Title: Macaroni Chicken Salad Categories: Salads, Poultry, Pasta Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Mayonnaise or salad -dressing 1 tb Lemon juice 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 2 c Cut-up cooked chicken 2 c Cooked macaroni or pasta 2 md Stalks celery chopped -(about 1 cup) 1/2 c Frozen green peas, thawed 1/2 c Cashew halves, if desired Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper until blended. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. 5 servings. Macaroni Chicken-Cantaloupe Salads: Spoon salad onto cantaloupe wedges.
