12 oz Ready-to-eat smoked-Mackerel
-fillets, fresh or frozen,
-skinned and cubed.
10 oz Small New Potatoes, Scrubbed
-quartered, cooked and
-cooled
2 Celery Stalks, trimmed and
-thinly sliced
1/4 pt Reduced-Calorie Thousand
-Island Dressing
Chopped Fresh Chives to
-Garnish

In a large bowl, combine smoked-mackerel fillets, cookeed potatoes, celery
and dressing. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped chives.
