Title: Mama's Pineapple Date Nut Bread Categories: Breads, Family, Favorites, Fruit Yield: 1 Servings 1 Egg 1/3 c Milk 1/3 c Butter; melted 1 c Crushed pineapple in juice 1 c Pecans; chopped 1 c Dates; chopped 2 3/4 c All-purpose flour 3/4 ts Salt 2 1/4 ts Baking powder 1/4 ts Baking soda 3/4 c Sugar Beat egg; add milk, butter, pineapple, nuts and dates. Blend dry ingredients and add to fruit and nut mixture. Bake in 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan, which has been greased and floured. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
