Mango Mousse Salad

14 3/4 oz Mangoes; drained
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1 lg Lemon jello
1 1/2 c Water; boiling
1 Lemon; juice of
1 pk Unflavored gelatin;
-dissolved in 1/2 cup water

Put mangoes and cream cheese in a blender; blend until smooth. Dissolve
lemon Jello in boiling water. Add blended mango and cream cheese mixture
and lemon juice. Mix together and add unflavored gelatin. Pour into a 1 1/2
quart mold. Chill until set. Serves 8 and more if served as salad. If you
use a ring type mold it is beautiful with the center filled with fresh
strawberries.
