Title: Maple Mousse Filling Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 3 Egg yolks 4 1/2 oz Warm maple syrup 3 oz Boiling water 1 tb Gelatin 10 2/3 oz Cream; (35 percent) Beat egg yolks and warm maple syrup until thickened.
