Marinate chicken overnight. Cook in the marinade for 15 minutes, then cook over the coals. Baste regularly. Although this recipe is for a barbeque, I have often used it for a chicken casserole, adding extra vegetables and cooking at 180C (350 F) for about 2 hours - or until chicken is done.
