Title: Marinade for Chicken Barbeque

1 c Tomato puree
1/4 c Oil
1 Packet sweetener
5 ts Soy sauce
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
1 ts Lemon pepper
100 g Onion; chopped
1/2 c Dry white wine

Mix ingredients together and pour over chicken pieces. Marinate chicken
overnight. Cook in the marinade for 15 minutes, then cook over the coals.
Baste regularly.

Although this recipe is for a barbeque, I have often used it for a chicken
casserole, adding extra vegetables and cooking at 180C (350 F) for about 2
hours - or until chicken is done.
