Title: Marinated Chicken Drumettes

10 lb Chicken drumettes
-(little drumsticks
-from wings)
1 1/2 c Soy sauce
3/4 c Dry sherry
1 1/8 c Hoysin Sauce
3/4 c Plum jelly
18 Green onions
-minced
6 Garlic cloves
3/4 c Cider vinegar
1/2 c Honey

Combine all ingredients except chicken in saucepan. Bring to boil and
simmer 5 minutes. Cool. Pour sauce over chicken, cover and refrigerate
overnight. Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken on greased cookie sheets and
bake uncovered for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, basting frequently. Switch pans while
cooking so that they cook evenly.
