Title: Marinated Green Salad Categories: Salads Yield: 3 Servings 1 sm Can of peas 1 cn French style green beans 1 Onion; sliced in rings 1 c Green pepper; slice in rings 1 Jar of pimentos 1 c Celery 1 c Sugar 1 ts Salt 1 c Vinegar 1/2 c Oil Sprinkle of paprika Drain vegetables thoroughly; set aside. Combine sugar, salt, vinegar, oil and paprika. Pour mixture over vegetables and let set overnight. Drain mixture before serving. Keep this in the fridge to keep the veggies crisp.
