Title: Marinated Orange-Strawberry Salad

Yield: 4 Servings

2 c Orange sections
1 1/2 c Sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Ground pepper
1/8 ts Salt
1 tb Honey
1 ts Olive oil
3 c Tightly packed torn leaf
-lettuce
1 tb Pine nuts, toasted

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently. Let stand 30
minutes. Add lettuce and pine nuts, tossing gently to coat. Yield: 4
servings (serving size: 1-1/4 cups).

Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 83mg Sodium
