1/2 lb Butter; softened *
1/2 c Powdered sugar; sifted
2 c Flour; sifted
2 c Macadamia nuts; chopped fine
2 ts Vanilla extract
Powdered sugar; extra for
-rolling

* NO SUBSTITUTES for butter or mac nuts. NONE!! With a metal whisk cream
butter and powdered sugar. Mix in vanilla and add flour a little at a time.
Add nuts and finish mixing with a large wooden spoon. Mold into small
balls. Chill. Bake on ungreased pan 20 minutes at 325*. Roll in powdered
