Maryetta's Oatmeal Bread


Title: Maryetta's Oatmeal Bread

Yield: 1 Servings

1 c Boiling water
3/4 c Rolled oats
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour; prefer
-unbleached
1 1/2 ts Yeast
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Salad oil
1 tb Molasses

[Scaled for bread machine]

**(I added a couple of Tbsp. of gluten flour, as I usually do, for
texture.) Pour the boiling water over the oatmeal in a bowl and leave to
cool. Dump the other ingredients in the machine, and add the oatmeal while
it's still warm.
